Nearly one million pounds for over 300 Charities

Funds raised were boosted by 50% thanks to Sir Tom

Kiltwalk Heroes of Dundee, Angus and North Fife have raised an incredible £620,000 and with the generous 50% top of £310,000 from The Hunter Foundation, that means an outstanding total of £930,000 will be going to 312 Tayside Charities.

Kiltwalk CEO Paul Cooney praised the walkers and their supporters saying: “Dundee’s legendary Kiltwalk Kindness was there for all to see on August 21st as they walked from St Andrews to Monifieth and I am proud that our 2,400 Kiltwalkers raised this phenomenal amount which will help 312 Charities, many of them local.

"And the generosity of The Hunter Foundation will make such a difference in these difficult economic times. It was great to be back in Dundee after a three year Covid absence.

"Our thanks goes to the Kiltwalk Community, our Headline Sponsors Royal Bank of Scotland and Arnold Clark, The Hunter Foundation and all our Sponsors."

There is still one more Kiltwalk to get involved with in 2022. On September 18, the Kiltwalk returns to Edinburgh for the first time since 2019 for more fun and fundraising.

ALL FUNDRAISING GOES TO THE CHARITY OF YOUR CHOICE

Thank you for your Kiltwalk Kindness.
